Brass Nameplate Meeting

The meeting was held at Beevo's home shop in south Tempe. The process of making a emplacement (or new) etched brass machinery plate was discussed and demonstrated. The basic process is described as coating a piece of brass with a resist, in this case lacquer paint and etching away the exposed sections with an acid mixture.
